Daniel W. Piper passed away on June 19th, 2023. Daniel was born on April 25th, 1951, in Harrisonville, MO to Robert Piper and Lois Ogan. He moved to Grays Harbor when he was 7 years old and graduated class of 1969 from Elma High School.

On June 12th, 1976, Daniel married Reagan K. Boyer, in Elma, WA. Daniel worked in construction before becoming a realtor. He was a longtime member of the Elma Eagles. Daniel loved the local news, the Daily World, the Olympian, and the internet. His favorite program
was "Gold Rush", he enjoyed clam digging, a good debate, and a good cookie as well.

Daniel is survived by his Wife, Reagan Piper, who survives him at the family home; sons Jason (Indira) Piper of Seattle, WA, Sean (Valerie) Piper of Montesano, WA, and Robert (Kimberly) Piper of Glendale, AZ; grandchildren Kaija, Danijel, Amelia, Griffin, Emerson,
and Kayson; an aunt and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded by his mother Lois Madison, his step-father Joe Madison, and sister Nancy Thornton.

Daniel was the person who always lent a hand. In remembrance, please consider donating to a local organization such as the Elma Food Bank, Elma Library, the Elma Fire Dept., the Police Dept., or Schools. A celebration of life is being planned for August 26, 2023.
