Elizabeth Anne "Zebbie" Myrick died on January 8, 2023. She was born on December 30, 1953, to Gilbert and Dorothy Herman in Merced, California. She grew up in Merced and later moved to Port Orchard, Washington with her son Michael Herman.

After moving to Port Orchard, she met Paul Myrick, and they married on September 12, 1987. Zebbie was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. She enjoyed singing, arts and crafts, and writing poetry. Her poetry was published in several publications throughout the years. She was very skilled at drawing and worked as an apprentice at an architectural firm.

Zebbie is survived by her sons Michael and Daniel Herman; daughter Tiffany Myrick; brother Jerry Herman; sisters Judy and Penny Herman, Linda Blokhuizen, and Heidi Fogle; and 6 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Paul.
