Esther Marjorie Gowan, age 97, of Elma, Washington, passed away peacefully on May 16, 2026. She was born on September 10, 1928, in Aberdeen, Washington, to Arthur George Moulton and Marjorie Dent Moulton.

Esther will be remembered for her warmth, quiet strength, and devotion to her family and friends. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and many friends and was preceded in death by her husband, Merle Gowan, son, Dale Gowan, and Grandson, Robert Gowan.

There will be a graveside service at 11:00 am on June 12th at the Elma Eagles Hall. Her family is grateful for the kindness and support shown during this time.
