Vaya con Dios Mama. Te quiero mucho. Te quiero mas
Flor Maria de Lora Abarracia James passed Friday morning 7/26/2024 at 4:31am to join all
her family that had gone before her. She is preceded in death by her dad Toribio, Mother
Rosalina, Brothers Kleber, Hugo, Ney, Gregorio, Shubert, her son "Little Mark", and by
Sisters Bety, Iris, Etna, Irma and Mercedes. Mom is survived by her husband Henry, Sons
Vincent, Michael, Randy, Mark Sr., Bryan, Russel, Bradley, Charlie and Daughters Camila,
Rosalina and Pamela. She is also survived by a large number of Nieces, Nephews,
Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren far too numerous to name. Mom was the youngest
daughter of Toribio Lora Puche and Rosalina Abarracia, born January 16, 1935 in the
Republic of Panama where she was raised and graduated Highschool. Dad and Mom
married in the Canal Zone of Panama and moved with dad to the Seattle area where she
raised 12 children here in Washington state. Mom never forgot her home and made many
trips back to visit before they both settled back in Panama at her family farm for several
years. She loved her family and friends in Panama, and was adopted by several as "Tia
Flor". Mom and dad moved back to Washington in 2024 for health reasons and lived in
Aberdeen for several months prior to her passing. Mom ate her meals slowly, was
generous with her love for children and family, and could be embarrassing for a teenage girl
or boy when she would argue with the waiter at a Mexican restaurant or umpires at the
hundreds of baseball games her sons played. More than anything, Mom liked music,
dancing and the love of her family. She was stubborn, but loving and gave all of herself to
her children and husband. Mom was loved by all who knew her and will be missed by all
who loved her. A celebration of life is scheduled for 2pm August 31 st at the Elks lodge 1712
S Boone Street in Aberdeen. Please come and celebrate our mother with our family, a life
well lived and a woman we will never forget as she is dancing forever with Abuelo, Abuela
and all her siblings.
