Patricia Kay Tupper, lovingly known as Patty, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2026, at Park Rose Care Center in Tacoma, Washington. She was 64 years old.

Patricia was born on October 18, 1961, in Florence, Arizona, to Ray and Amada Hammer. She was raised in Florence and graduated from Florence High School. Later, she moved to Grays Harbor, where she made her home and spent much of her life.

Patricia worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and dedicated much of her career to caring for others. Her primary place of employment was Pacific Care Center, though she also worked at several other care facilities throughout Grays Harbor. She retired just a few years ago.

Patty had a creative spirit and loved crafting, especially crocheting and scrap-booking. She also enjoyed reading and could often be found with a good book in hand. Her favorite author was Danielle Steel.

Patricia was married to Ken Tupper; they later divorced but still remained very close until his passing in 2018. She is survived by her children, Kenny Tupper Jr. and Ben Tupper, both of Sidney, Montana, and her daughter, Hannah Tupper of Aberdeen, Washington. She was also the proud grandmother of Lillian Tupper, Hudson Tupper, and Kenneth “Tripp” Tupper III.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Amada Hammer; her brother, Michael Hammer; and her sister, Sandra Owens.

Patricia will be remembered for the love she had for her family and the many special memories she leaves behind.
