Rickie “Eazee” Joe Stutsman, 66, passed away peacefully at his home in Ocean Shores, Washington, on May 9, 2026. He was born on December 21, 1959, in Tell City, Indiana, to Roy Stutsman and Donna Hanson.

Rickie was a man who never met a stranger. Known by many as “Eazee,” he was deeply loved throughout the community for his kind heart, generous spirit, and willingness to help anyone in need. Whether it was lending a hand, sharing a laugh, or giving back whenever he could, Rickie made a lasting impact on the people around him.

He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps as Military Police beginning in 1979. Over the years, he worked hard to provide for his family, including work at the Kachess Dam, spending many months fishing in Alaska, and at local lumber yards before retiring in 2022.

Rickie had a passion for motorcycles and could often be found riding whenever he had the chance. More than anything, he loved his wife, Cindy, and cherished the life they built together. He also enjoyed woodworking, tinkering as a handyman, and spending time with family and friends.

He was the proud president and member of ERMRA, FOE Eagleriders, and also a member of the Elks. Rickie also served as a trustee with the FOE. His presence, humor, and caring nature will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Rickie is survived by his loving wife, Cindy Stutsman; his father, Roy Stutsman of Tell City, Indiana; his children, Joshua Stutsman of Lake Stevens, WA, Cassidy Moen of Aberdeen, WA, Erica Watt of Lacey, WA, Lexi Nelson of South Dakota, Rachel Scott of Aberdeen, WA, and Sonya Werner of North Dakota; his brothers, Jamie Dean Stutsman and Darren Stutsman of Colorado Springs, CO; along with many grandchildren, extended family members, and countless friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Hanson, and his sister, Kristina Storey.

Rickie will be remembered for his big heart, his love of riding, his devotion to family, and the countless lives he touched through his kindness and generosity.

A memorial ride will take place on Saturday September 12th, 2026 at 11:00 Am and starts and ends at the Porthole Pub in Ocean Shores Wa. Registration for the memorial ride starts at 10 at the Porthole Pub. The ride will last around an hour and a half.
