Ronald "Speed Buggy" Hal Warwick of Aberdeen, passed away at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle on September 19th, 2024. He was 79 years old.
Ronald was born in Aberdeen on June 5th, 1945, to parents Hal Amos Warwick and Rosella Violet (Lee) Warwick. He was a service member with the United States Coast Guard from July 1st, 1962 through July 29th, 1966. He worked as a marine engineer and a log truck driver, which he particularly enjoyed doing, for the Alaska Marine Highway in Ketchikan, Alaska. On June 5th, 1971, he married the love of his life, Laura Jane (Shay) Warwick.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Laura Jane Warwick of Aberdeen; sons, Forrest R. Chesterman of Oak Harbor and Hal R. Warwick of Rocklin, California; daughters, Roseanne Wickam of Ketchikan, Alaska, and Vernica Warwick; as well as six grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Hal and Rosella Warwick, and sister, Sharon Rose Warwick Painter.
No services are planned, at this time.
