Sandra Colleen Casberg passed away at her home in Montesano on May 13, 2026 at the age of 77.

Sandra was born on September 26, 1948, in Seattle, Washington, to parents Clifton Dallas Parks and Margaret Jean (Nordenberg) Parks. She graduated in 1966 from Carlmont High School in Belmont, California and also resided in Brookings, Oregon for a period of time. On March 16, 1968, she married Michael Casberg in San Mateo, California before the couple moved to the Grays Harbor area in 1971. Sandra worked as a massage therapist for over 15 years and also worked part time as a bookkeeper before retiring altogether in 2017.

Sandra took part in many groups and organizations, such as Moms In Prayer, Children's Orthopedic Group, Community Bible Camp, and was an elder and Sunday School teacher at the Montesano Church of God. She also volunteered for Hospice and Relay For Life, for which she generously provided massages for the participants. She enjoyed attending church, reading, taking walks with her friends and participating in water aerobics at her gym. She also loved spending time with family and playing tabletop and card games whenever they were together.

Sandra is survived by her loving husband, Michael Casberg of Montesano; daughters Dee George of Ferndale, Washington and Brenda Johnson of Las Vegas, Nevada son Jake
Casberg of Fife, Washington; sisters Carol Payne of Purvis, Mississippi and Pamela Parks of Carmichael, California; as well as three grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Clifton and Margaret Parks and sister Kathy Parks.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 1:00pm at the Montesano Church of God.
