Timothy David "Tim" Chapman passed away at the age of 56 on October 7th, 2022. He was born on February 8th, 1966 to Patsy Chapman in Marietta, Ohio. He was raised in Mount Lake Terrace Washington.

On September 19th, Tim celebrated 16 years with the love of his life- Jamie.

Tim was a painter for over 30 years, working for himself, and among and for tons of amazing people through his journey in life. He even taught painting in Japan for a few months. The day before he passed, he finally became a small business owner, something he was afraid to do for the past 20+ years, and finally accomplished before his sudden passing.

Tim enjoyed poetry, grilling, repurposing anything he could, watching movies, and sitting around the fire with music. He was a simple man who loved whiskey, beer, biscuits and gravy, and most of all-love. He would drop anything to help a friend or close one in need.

Tim is survived by his wife Jamie Colby at their home in Ocean Shores; daughter Tara Chapman; and step-children Kyle Colby and Andrheya Colby-Lopez. He is preceded in death by his mother.

He will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.
