Trent "Profit" Kenneth Ekman-Schisler passed away at his home in Aberdeen on July 3, 2025. He was 24 years old.
Trent was born on July 8, 2000, in Olympia, Washington, to parents Clark Irvin Schisler and Martie Eunice Ekman. He attended Aberdeen High School and was a member of the 4-H dog club 4-On-The-Floor . He worked as a carpenter and enjoyed tattoos, cars, knives,
and collectible coins and tools. Trent was a regestered member of the Confederated Tribes Coos, Lower Umpqua, Siuslaw Indians.
He is survived by his parents, Clark Schisler of Hoquiam and Martie Ekman (Doug Emery) of Aberdeen; sons, Az'eriha and Ryder; brothers, Issaq of Aberdeen and Whyatt of Hoquiam; sisters, Casey Summers of Tumwater and Taylor Summers of Aberdeen; aunt Kristie
Hutchinson and uncle Harold Schisler.
Memorial services will be a campout August 2nd – 3rd at Wynochee Wildwood Campground (lot Z-3) starting at 1pm, There will be a memorial river float, B.Y.O.B., pot luck (hamburgers provided) laughter and memories shared. His ashes will also be spread at this
time. Any one who knew Trent is welcome and camping space is limited depending on tent size, so claim early. There is a facebook event page to keep updated if interested.
