In the early 1960's, Marv was the principal at Willapa Valley, my husband was the math teacher and I was the secretary to the Superintendent. We were close friends. Every year at the end of the school year, after all the kids were out, we would sit in front of the school with a bottle of bubbly and discuss the good, the bad and everything in between that had happened that year. The world was a better place with Marv in it.
